What type of engine oil should i use for acura rsx?

I bought a 02 acura rsx with 104 miles. The manual says to use 5w-20 oil but i heard that once they reach 100k miles i should use a different one. Should i use the 5w-20 or change to 10w-40?|||If the manual says 5w-20, use 5w-20.

If the car has more than 100k miles on it, you may want to consider using a High Mileage oil, but other than that, stick with the manual recommendations.|||Stick with 5W-20 Honda makes fairly high revving technologically sophisticated engines, I would use a high mileage synthetic.|||Stick with the 5w-20. If you really feel you need a heavier oil then go 5w-30, but 100,000 is nothing for a normally driven car.|||i never use that thin 5w20 its like water only if i had a brand new car then i would use 5w30 but for my older cars and trucks in winter i use 10w30 in summer 10w40|||5w-20 should be good. If you find you are burning a lot of oil I would try 10w-20.
